SERVICES
Sliding Scale: $500-$1500 (negotiable for low-income and BIPOC families)
- Pre-natal discussions on trauma history, birth options, birth and medical intervention options
- Preparing questions, preferences, and a birth plan to share with medical providers to prevent coercion, violation, harm, and violence
- Defining the roles of your birth support team including your partner, children, family, and providers

Personalized resource, social service, and wellness referrals

Continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support during labor and birth (virtually and/or in-person)

Preparing and providing a variety of tailored comfort and pain management measures

Advocacy and communications support with providers , ensuring consent for medical interventions
- Releasing and protecting the “love hormones” of birth and postpartum: the oxytocin and adrenaline that bring life into this world

Sliding scale: $50-$75 per consultation (negotiable for low-income and BIPOC families)
- Prenatal lactation education, planning, Q & A
- Immediate, crisis, and long-term lactation support and counseling
- Practical and actionable tips, recommendations, and best practices
Clinical assessment of parent/baby dyad
Developing a treatment plan for feeding challenges including nipple pain, low weight gain, latch, under or oversupply, clogged ducts, mastitis, tongue ties, transitioning to bottle, etc.
Physical and emotional healing tips
Parent-baby bonding support and engaging the non-lactating partner in feeding and infant care
Infant sleep advice and education
Safe sleep support, especially evidence-based co-sleeping and bedsharing guidance
Personalized resource, support group, social services, and clinical referrals
Sliding scale: $30-$40 an hour (negotiable for low-income and BIPOC families)
- Discussion and counseling of options related to pregnancy loss, planned, or unexpected termination
- Accompaniment to medical appointments and procedures related to pregnancy loss or termination
- Tailored referrals to mental, physical, and spiritual health services
